I am a Ph.D. candidate in School of the Environment, Nanjing University, China. As part of my Ph.D. project, I am funded by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) to study at ASU for 24 months. My dissertation primarily focus on how human activities affect phosphorus cycling in China. This study takes account of both major natural and anthropogenic activities and characterizes the dynamics of Chinese P cycles over a long time span. Phosphorus demand based on the historical trends and future development scenarios will be further projected. I am also interested in studying the life-cycle environmental impacts of different human activities.
